How much do you charge?
I offer multiple different packages to potential clients, each one with a different price and time frame. I specify these prices on a consultation call or in an in-person consultation.
How is the programme specified to me?
We run through an in-person or online upper/lower body assessment testing your range of motion, flexibility, mobility. This allows me to see what your physically capable of and also we run through your goals, time frames etc and create a programme from scratch.
How long are PT sessions?
My PT sessions are 1 hour long. Some occasions they may start or run a minutes later/earlier.
How does online coaching work?
Online coaching is having a coach in your back pocket. We run through and create a bespoke programme for you to follow, you check-in with me once a week an have a 30 minute call with me every month to see progress, for more information please visit my ‘Online Coaching’ page.
How are payments made?
I’ve set-up with a payment/direct debit company that allow payments to be made online. Payment options include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna. In some cases Cash payment for Personal Training is accepted.
Can i cancel sessions and not be charged?
Yes you can! In my contract I specify that if you need to cancel/reschedule please give me 24 hours notice before your session and if possible I can reschedule. Failing to give 24 hours notice may result in being charged.
